You are an inventor and named in a patent application
In accordance with Data Protection Regulation (“Règlement Général de la Protection des Données”) that came into force on May 25, 2018, we inform you that personal data concerning your identity, nationality and postal and email contact details are required in the context of the patent application procedure and are collected only for this purpose. This information is transmitted to the French National Institute of Industrial Property and may, in case of extending patent protection abroad, be transmitted to our foreign colleagues and to the corresponding national/regional industrial property offices. The INPI and the national/regional industrial property offices publish this information, in particular through the patent databases that they publish and distribute for reuse. The data is kept without any time limit.
You have a right of rectification that you can exercise by sending an email to the following address: contact@boettcher.fr and indicating in the “object line” of the email: rectification/deletion of personal data. However, in the event that personal data had to be transmitted by Cabinet Boettcher to an Office due to a legal obligation arising from the procedure for the granting of an industrial property title, the rectification/deletion of the transmitted personal data may not be possible if these data have already been published or are in the process of being published by the said Office within the framework of this procedure.
For all practical purposes, we inform you that it is possible to provide the company's address as a registered address.
You are owner of an industrial property right (patent, trademark, model) and a client of Cabinet Boettcher

This information is transmitted to the National Institute of Industrial Property and may, in the event of extension of the protection abroad, be transmitted to our foreign colleagues and to the national/regional industrial property offices.
